Darius Carter Named MASCAC Men’s Basketball Co-Player of the Week
Framingham, Mass. — Framingham State University freshman guard Darius Carter (Boston, Mass.) has been selected the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Basketball Co-Player of the Week for the week ending November 21st. Carter shares player of the week honors with Bridgewater State University senior guard Judah Jackson.
Carter averaged 18.5 points as the Rams started the season 1-1 last week. In a 73-70 victory over #15 MIT on Saturday, Carter poured in a game and career-high 27 points on 10 of 15 shooting from the floor including three three-pointers. For the week Carter shot 54% from the floor.
The Rams return to action on Tuesday night as they travel to WPI at 7 p.m.
