122 Rams Honored on the 2025 Winter/Spring MASCAC All-Academic Team
Westfield, Mass. – A total of 1,062 student-athletes including 122 Framingham State University student-athletes have been honored by the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) with selection to the league's Winter/Spring 2025 All-Academic Team as announced today by Commissioner Angela Baumann.
Student-athletes who compete in championship varsity sports offered by each of the MASCAC institutions during the course of the Winter and Spring 2025 athletic season and achieved a 3.20 cumulative or semester-based grade point average during the spring semester are eligible for selection to the Winter/Spring All-Academic Team.
"I want to extend my congratulations to all the MASCAC student-athletes named to the 2025 Winter/Spring All-Academic Team," said Baumann. "Their ability to excel academically while competing at a high level across our conference truly embodies the spirit of what it means to be a student-athlete. I am incredibly proud of their dedication and achievements both in the classroom and in competition."
Men's ice hockey and women's outdoor track and field lead the way for the Rams with 27 honorees apiece, while the women's lacrosse team saw 17 student-athletes earn All-Academic honors. The women's basketball team and baseball team each had 14 honorees with softball right behind with 13 honorees. The women's ice hockey team competing in their first season had 11 honorees, while men's basketball placed five on the All-Academic Team. The full list of Framingham State honorees is below -
