Three Rams Named to ECAC Division III North All-Star Teams
Framingham, Mass. – Senior safety Kevin Donahue (Norfolk, Mass.), senior fullback Randall Kelleher (Swampscott, Mass.) and senior offensive lineman James Krebs (Carver, Mass.) have been named to the 2014 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Football All-Star Teams in voting conducted by representatives from the ECAC and Division III member institutions.
Donahue was a first team selection, while Krebs and Kelleher landed on the second team after the Rams finished the 2014 season 10-1, champions of both the MASCAC and the ECAC North Atlantic Bowl.
Donahue, the 2014 MASCAC Defensive Player of the Year and first team all-conference honoree, was previously named to the D3football.com All-East Region second team and to the New England Football Writers Division II/III All-New England team as he led the Rams defense that surrendered just 16.9 points per game. Donahue was the Rams leading tackler in 2014 with 95 stops including a school record 77 solo. He recorded 11.5 tackles for a loss with four sacks, five pass breakups and a forced fumble.
Kelleher and Krebs, both first team All-MASCAC selections were a major part of the Rams' offense that averaged 423 yards per contest and scored over 34 points per game. The Rams offensive line led by Krebs allowed just eight sacks on the year, while Kelleher amassed 310 yards receiving on 22 receptions in 2014.
