Serra Named MASCAC Defensive Player of the Year; Hadley & Serra All-Conference

Framingham, Mass.- Framingham State graduate student Angelina Serra (North Chelmsford, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Field Hockey Defensive Player of the Year. Serra is joined on the All-MASCAC 1st Team by teammate Julie Hadley. 

Serra scored five goals with three assists for 13 points on the season for the Rams helping anchor a Rams defense who allowed just over 2.6 goals per game.  

Hadley earned all-conference honors in her senior season after assisting on one goal and collecting three defensive saves this season.  

The 2024 field hockey team finished the season 8-11 with a 5-5 conference record earning the #4 seed in the MASCAC Tournament.
