Men's Cross Country Places First at MMA Travis Fuller XC Invitational - Gauthier Finishes First Place

Buzzards Bay, Mass. - The Framingham State University men's cross country team led by a first-place finish from Vincent Gauthier placed first this morning at the Mass. Maritime Travis Fuller Invitational.  

THE BASICS:

INSIDE THE NUMBERS: 

• The Rams finished first with 23 total points and saw four runners crossing the line in the top ten. The host Buccaneers came in second place with 37 points. 

• Gauthier earned the victory completing the 8K course with a time of 27:25. 

• Patrick Walsh finished third for the Rams crossing at 28:06 which was just six seconds behind the second place finisher. 

• Aaron Corlette crossed in sixth place for the Rams at 28:51, while Robert Perruzzi crossed in eighth at 29:58. 

• Rounding out for the Rams were Logan Crow (30:25) crossing 12th and Parker Winters (31:17) who finished 13th.
