Women’s Basketball Falls to Conference Leader Bridgewater State 77-70

Bridgewater, Mass. - The Framingham State University women's basketball team was defeated 77-70 by Bridgewater State who clinched the MASCAC regular season title this evening in Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) action at the Tinsley Center.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

  • The Rams were led by 17 points on 7-of-18 shooting from the field by Faith Greene. Greene added eight rebounds, two assists, four steals and two blocks. 

  • Jacquline Schels chipped in with 14 points of 6-of-11 shooting and added eight rebounds and four assists, while Abigail Martin finished the game with 14 points and four rebounds. 

  • Kelsey Yelle came off the bench to tally a double double for the Rams with 13 points and 11 rebounds. Yelle connected on 6-of-7 from the floor.
