Women's Lacrosse Soars into Win Column with 16-7 Victory over Hartwick

Oneonta, NY - The Framingham State University women's lacrosse team broke into the win column this afternoon with a 16-7 victory over Hartwick at Wright Stadium.   

THE BASICS:

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

  • Alessia Lye recorded eight assists in the game for the Rams with six ground balls, while Emma Kendzulak and Kelley DeBellis added two goals apiece.  Kendzulak added an assist and two ground balls. 

  • Isabella DiMare earned the victory in net making three saves in a half of work, while Makayla Harvey made eight saves in her 30 minutes of action. 

  • After Hartwick got on the board first two minutes into the game, the Rams tallied eight goals to close out the first leading 8-1. Bosma found the back of the net four times in the period. 

  • The Rams opened the second with five straight goals increasing the lead to 13-1 before taking a 13-2 lead into the half.
