Women’s Soccer Shutout by Clark in Non-Conference Action

Framingham, Mass. - The Framingham State University women's soccer team was shutout this afternoon 10-0 by Clark University in non-conference action this afternoon at Maple Street Field.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

  • The Cougars received three assists from Solimar Rivera in the first fifteen minutes of the opening half to take a 3-0 lead. 

  • An own goal pushed the lead to 4-0 and Calabria Augustino added an unassisted tally putting Clark at 5-0 at the half. 

  • Clark tallied five more in the second half including two from Rivera to reach the final margin. 

  • Amelia Finley and Savanah Goba split time in net for the Rams and combined to make 12 saves. 

  • Clark held a 28-4 edge in the shots for the game and an 8-1 edge in corners.
