DiVirgilio and Reynolds Selected MASCAC Volleyball Defensive Player and Rookie of the Week

Framingham, MA – Freshman libero Anneli DiVirgilio (Brookline, NH) and freshman outside hitter Natalie Reynolds (Beverly, Mass.) have been selected the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Volleyball Defensive Player and Rookie of the Week for the week ending September 24th. 

DiVirgilio earns defensive player of the week honors after averaging 15 digs per match with seven service aces and four assists in a 3-0 week for the Rams. She tallied 18 digs and three aces in the Rams 3-2 victory over RIC and added 16 digs in a four-set win over Emmanuel. 

Reynolds earns her third rookie of the week honor after averaging 11.3 kills and three blocks per match. She tallied 11 kills and three blocks in the win over RIC and added 10 kills and three blocks in the win over Emmanuel. She added 13 kills in a 3-0 win over Albertus Magnus.
