      <description>Westfield, Mass. &#x2013; The Framingham State University Rams finished third in the 2013-2014 Howard C. Smith Cup Standings.  Bridgewater State University won the Smith Cup that is awarded annually to the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) member institution that compiles the most points based on the placement of each of its programs competing in the 15 league championship sports.</description>

Westfield State won MASCAC title with 18 points as the Rams were eighth (223) and Keene State won the Alliance Championship with 16 points as Framingham State posted 441.</description>

Keene State captured the Alliance crown with 17 points and Westfield State took the MASCAC title with 34 points. The Rams posted 319 points in the Alliance portion of the event and 168 points amongst MASCAC competition.</description>
