MASCAC Men’s Ice Hockey Preseason Poll Released

Westfield, Mass. – The Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) has announced its 2025-26 Men's Ice Hockey Preseason Coaches' Poll, with Framingham State University selected eighth as the Rams gear up for the 2025-26 season.

Leading the Rams is returning forward Scott Bugarin, who topped the team in scoring last season with 15 points (7 goals, 8 assists), including two power play goals.

Fitchburg State tops the poll with five first-place votes, followed by Anna Maria in second with two first-place votes. Salem State ranks third, while Westfield State and Worcester State are tied for fourth. Rivier takes the sixth spot, with MCLA in seventh and Framingham State rounding out the standings in eighth.

The Rams open the 2025-26 campaign on Saturday, November 1st, when they travel to Southern NH for a 7:30 pm opening faceoff.
