Five Rams Tally Double Figures as Women’s Basketball Defeats Worcester State

Worcester, Mass. - The Framingham State University women's basketball team saw all five starters tally double figures as the Rams defeated Worcester State 71-53 this evening in Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) action at Brissette Gymnasium.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

  • The Rams were by 15 points apiece from Faith Greene and Kiara Cerruti. Greene finished the game with a double double as she grabbed 11 rebounds and added an assist. Cerruti went 5-of-8 from the floor and added four rebounds and three steals. 

  • Jacqueline Schels added a double double of 13 points and 10 rebounds with five assists and two steals, while Abigail Martin also finished with a double double. Martin tallied 12 points with 11 rebounds, four assists and two blocks. 

  • Ava McKeon finished the game with 11 points, five rebounds, four assists and steal, while Kelsey Yelle came off the bench to tally five points with five rebounds.
