Volleyball Cruises to 3-1 Victory over Salem State

Salem, Mass. - The Framingham State University volleyball team dropped the first set but rallied to take three straight as the Rams defeated Salem State 3-1 in Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) action this evening at Twohig Gymnasium.

- Scores:  Framingham State 3, Salem State 1 (19-25, 25-21, 25-16, 25-22) 

- Records: Framingham State (9-3, 2-0 MASCAC), Salem State (5-9, 0-1 MASCAC) 

- Location: Twohig Gymnasium – Salem, Mass.  

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

  • The Rams fell 25-19 in the opening set before taking three straight by scores of 25-21, 25-16, 25-22. 

  • The Rams were paced by 18 kills from Natalie Reynolds. Reynolds connected for her 18 kills on 37 attempts with just five errors (.351 attack percentage). 

  • Jaimee Lowe finished the match with 10 kills and 13 defensive digs, while Madysen Cedrone finished the game with eight kills and two digs.
