Miressi Named MASCAC Ice Hockey Player of the Week

Framingham, Mass. – Sophomore forward Daniel Miressi (Monroe, Conn.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) men's ice hockey Player of the Week for the week ending December 3^rd, 2011.

Miressi netted a goal and four assists for five points in a 1-0-1 week for the Rams.  He picked up a goal and three assists, including one on the game-winner, in a 5-3 road victory over Worcester State University. Miressi also tallied the Rams loan goal in 1-1 overtime draw with Fitchburg State earlier in the week.  He leads the Rams this season with nine points on a team-best three goals and six assists.
