Temple Selected NEWLA Rookie of the Week

Framingham, Mass. — Freshman Chelsea Temple (Rutland, VT) has been selected the New England Women’s Lacrosse Alliance (NEWLA) Rookie of the Week for the week ending March 28^th.  The Rams, who started the season 2-0 this week, are in their first season in the NEWLA and Temple is the first Ram to receive weekly honors from the conference.  Temple scored five goals on the week including four in her first collegiate game, a 17-4 win over NEWLA rival Becker College.
