Volleyball Sweeps Tri-Match with Curry and Thomas

Milton, Mass. - The Framingham State University volleyball team picked up a pair of victories today defeating Curry 3-1 before defeating Thomas College 3-1 in non-conference action at Katz Gymnasium.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

FSU 3, Curry 0 

• Natalie Reynolds paced the Rams on the attack with 16 kills on 33 attempts with five errors for a .333 attack percentage. 

• Emma Dobbins finished the match with six kills, while Sarah Medieros and Jamie Moniz chipped in with five apiece. 

• Kristina Santiago-Alers led the defensive effort with 13 digs and an ace, while Stella Bailey finished the match with 25 set assists and 12 digs. 

FSU 3, Thomas 1 

• Natalie Reynolds once again paced the Rams on the attack with a match-best 22 kills on 37 attempts  for a .447 attack percentage.  

• Jamie Moniz finished the match with nine kills, while Sarah Medeiros finished with 10 kills and three digs. 

• Stella Bailey finished the match with 38 set assists and 12 digs, while Kristina Santiago-Alers led the back row effort with 17 defensive digs and Carly Beaulieu added 11 gids.
